I'm an eclectic individual who fits in well with
the eccentric, youthful, fun south Austin feel and attitude. I have
had a number of careers from corporate travel agent to accounts
payable coordinator to vintage store manager. I couldn't find my
niche. I decided few years ago that I was not interested in working
for other people anymore and that I wanted to start my own business. I
started sewing in 1986 in a class my mother signed me up for one summer.
I learned that I enjoyed creating pieces of clothing, costumes and crafting.
I rediscovered this joy when I started this business. I love seeing the
excited looks on people's faces when they get, basically, a new wardrobe
thanks to my alterations or creations.
I am currently living in south central
